Uraeus Sekhem Yoga is a sacred, serpent-powered Kriya practice rooted in Kemetic energetics. Through breath, spinal activation, organ restoration, and heart-centered devotion, this practice strengthens the life-force, supports physical well-being, and deepens inner alignment. Each class is designed as an intentional morning ceremony for energy activation, nervous system support, emotional balance, and spiritual embodiment.

Please understand that by securing a reservation with me you are agreeing to commit to your appointment. My time is valuable and when you do not keep a scheduled appointment, it creates an unused appointment slot that could have been used for another client in need. It is very important that you contact me via email or text within 24 hours before your reservation to cancel your appointment. If you cancel your reservation within the allotted cancelation window you will be promptly refunded or allowed to reschedule your reservation if you prefer.
