Rest assured, we'll always keep you informed! If any platform changes occur, we'll promptly notify you via email before the class begins, typically by 12am on the day of the session.

To ensure you receive these notifications, please use an active email account when booking your classes. If you find yourself in the lobby/waiting room near the class start-time, please check your email, including the spam folder.
