Cancellation Policy

Please understand that by securing a reservation with me you are agreeing to commit to your appointment. My time is valuable and when you do not keep a scheduled appointment, it creates an unused appointment slot that could have been used for another client in need. It is very important that you contact me via email or text within 24 hours before your reservation to cancel your appointment. If you cancel your reservation within the allotted cancelation window you will be promptly refunded or allowed to reschedule your reservation if you prefer.
