Letter to Sistrum Inc. clients: Our role and responsibility in navigating COVID-19
Our world is grappling with an issue of enormous scale and human impact, the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19). At Sistrum, we believe it is our role and responsibility during this time to prioritize two things: the spiritual health and mental well-being of our clients while also playing a constructive role in supporting local communities, health officials and government leaders as we all work to contain the virus. Through that lens, we will continue to make decisions with vigilance and courage informed by the latest science-based information and guided by Our Mission and Values to provide you with wholistic lifestyle management, taking a “big picture” approach to your health and wellness.
I wanted to personally reach out to you and provide an update on the actions that Sistrum is taking to help prevent the spread of the virus and support the health and well-being of our clients, your families and our communities.
Over the last few weeks, we have taken a series of precautionary steps in response to this developing public health impact, including increased cleaning and sanitizing procedures for our office.
We appreciate your understanding that, as a client, your Sistrum Inc. experience will look slightly different as we navigate through this time together. While we were maintaining regular operations, our office will modify operations with options that still allow us to serve you for all of your spiritual and mental health needs. This means that as we navigate this dynamic situation, we’ve had to adapt the session and consultation experience by engaging in social distancing, enabling mobile/phone only scenarios for our standard sessions while limiting the availability for some sessions for the time being. This was decided as a last resort, and we feel it is in the best interest of our clients and we expect store disruption to be temporary.
I want to also thank you for supporting our Sistrum Inc. We have a long-standing history of caring for our clients, recognizing they are the heartbeat of our business and community. That is why, as we navigate this dynamic situation, in addition to our standard sessions and mental health offerings, we are also expanding our social media presence and increased free offerings in the form of digital downloads. Our goal is to help keep your spirits up during these challenging times.
